ABOUT ME

Nicolas Paraskevopulos was born on January 15, 1987. Growing up, he participated in several sports such as tennis, soccer and martial arts. When he went to university, he got more involved in weight lifting and he became more interested in nutrition and the science behind it. After 2 years of studying economics, he changed his future career perspectives by switching to a totally different field of study. He went to college to follow the bachelor program Nutrition and Dietetics, which he graduated from in 2010. Then he decided that 3 years of studying nutrition was not enough, and he enrolled himself for the MSc in Nutrition and Health, specializing in molecular nutrition, at Wageningen University in The Netherlands. After the summer of 2011 he will start his second year at Wageningen, focusing on his thesis. Nicolas Paraskevopulos already developed a strong background in nutrition, but his main interest is sports nutrition. That’s why he will send in his application to pursue an IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition. He started this website with the goal of providing people with quality information and to promote his nutrition consultancy business.

Welcome to eat2succeed.com. The goal of this website is to provide you with mostly scientific information regarding nutrition. The articles discussed on this website have a broad focus and cover different goals, from health and longevity, to fat loss and muscle gain and improved sport performance. Besides providing quality information, this website also gives you the opportunity to contact me for nutrition coaching. I have helped lots of people in attaining their physical goals.

I will try to add new blog post/articles as frequently as possible. Since my aim is to provide mainly quality information, new articles won’t appear as fast as they do on ‘normal’ blog sites.
